  16. Don’t run from your frustrations...face them head-on. This is what God strengthens us for. We can always take much more than we’re dealing with now, even though we have said, ‘I can’t take any more’. Oh yes, you can! ...and you may have to. There is nothing to fear. Our giants, just like David before Goliath, shrink in the atmosphere of our faith in God. WE DON’T RUN FROM GIANTS WE RUN TOWARD THEM AND TAKE THEM OUT! [1 Samuel 17:48-49] “So it was, when Goliath arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hurried and RAN TOWARD THE ARMY TO MEET GOLIATH. Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth.” We need that same spirit when it comes to our need to slay the giant of our frustrations.
  17. Stay away from people who only speak negatively, unbelief, hopelessness, and despair. They’re around and this can be a major source of our discouragement. If you're not going to challenge people and push back on the negative rhetoric...then STAY AWAY. You have to protect your heart. God warned his people not to mix with pagans, worshipers of idols, the unclean and immoral, lest you be persuaded. It’s about protecting the integrity of your heart before God and the fact is that some people are a bad influence. [1 Corinthians 15:33] “Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.” We all have to learn to use discretion with it comes to relationships, especially those who are in a position to influence us. Bad choices in relationships can exacerbate your already existing frustrations.
  18. Make friends with those who speak faith and exude confidence in God. That can be a source of deliverance for your life. [1 Thessalonians 3:2] “...and sent Timothy, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellow laborer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you and encourage you concerning your faith...” In the midst of our frustrations, WE NEED ENCOURAGEMENT AND GOD HAS ASSIGNED PEOPLE TO PROVIDE IT. In this verse, God’s people are frustrated and discouraged. God has a solution, the right person with the right message. Make friends with those who exude faith and are able to encourage you in the midst of your troubles.
  19. Get on your knees and don’t get up till you have a sense of VICTORY AND RELIEF. It works every time because GOD WILL MEET WITH YOU IN PRAYER WHEN YOU ARE DESPERATE. [Psalms 30:2] “O Lord my God, I cried out to You, And You healed me.” Healing can be from a broken body or a broken, crushed, and bruised heart. Frustrations of life can do that to us but we have an antidote THE ARMS OF JESUS THAT ARE WAITING FOR US WHEN WE CRY OUT! 20:  Don’t let your frustrations assault and diminish your faith. Your faith shouldn’t be tied to any particular situation, failure, or setback. Lots of things don’t make sense now...but they will in time. Joseph in prison in the book of Genesis didn’t allow injustice and a very long prison sentence to discourage His faith. He was able to look back on it all and say ‘GOD MEANT IT FOR GOOD...’(Genesis 50:20). Hang tough in hard times and always believe and trust God, no matter what you see on the outside. This is the Apostle Pauls's testimony spoken in the midst of very great frustrations and hardships. [2 Corinthians 4:18] “...while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS KEEP THAT IN MIND, AND NEVER EVER LOSE HOPE AND CONFIDENCE IN THE GOODNESS OF GOD WHO LOVES US AND DIED FOR OUR SINS....So, THAT IS HOW YOU DEAL WITH YOUR FRUSTRATIONS!
