  7. Don’t let your guard down. [Proverbs 4:23] “Keep (guard) your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” It’s when we get frustrated in life that we allow bad attitudes to gain a foothold in our hearts. We get angry with people who seem to be in the way of getting what we want. We feel like quitting and giving up on something of God in our lives. We’re frustrated financially and we become jealous and envious of those who have more than we do. We’re struggling to meet our needs and they have every need met with an abundance left over. Life is about attitude and the quality of them and the ability to MAINTAIN A RIGHT HEART THROUGH ALL THE TWISTS AND TURNS OF LIFE.
  8. Never think that God has abandoned you. Many times we feel like we are alone in life...GOD, WHERE ARE YOU?!... We ask. He is ever present, always available, and ready to comfort and strengthen you in times of need. [Hebrews 4:16] “Let us therefore COME BOLDLY to the throne of grace, that we may OBTAIN MERCY and FIND GRACE to help in TIME OF NEED.” If you don’t think He’s present in the time of need, you won’t go to His Throne. So, never lose sight of His enduring presence in your life.
  9. Someone will have a word of encouragement for you. This is what friends are for. Friends and brethren that we can be transparent with and share our frustrations. Someone right now may have a word that will deliver you out of your frustrations if you will reach out. [2 Corinthians 1:3-4] “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, WHO COMFORTS US IN ALL OUR TRIBULATION, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”
  10. Take your frustrations, tie them in a bundle and place them at the foot of the cross. They seem so small there, don’t they? In the presence of our Savior who suffered, shed His blood, and paid the price that we were deserving of. Get perspective...no matter how challenging and how great you think your frustrations are...THEY SHRINK AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS...there they should be left. ...(To be cont’d)...
