JESUS CHALLENGES US AT THE VERY DEEPEST LEVEL OF OUR BEING. He speaks to the inner man...who you really are and He speaks to us in light of who He wants us to be...WE ARE STILL ALL ON OUR WAY THERE. There is a lot at stake, our eternal soul. No one is fighting harder for that on our behalf than Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. He isn’t playing games, it’s serious! So then, why compromise, why sin, why are we so careless with our attitudes? Why do we take such risks with our eternal soul? Our challenge is to be as thoroughly right with God as we can be at all times. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOUR TIME IS UP...BUT GOD DOES. [Luke 9:23-25] “Then Jesus said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost?” Are you listening?...living for God is a DAILY exercise....to be lived at the highest level of faithfulness, commitment and love for Him.

You need to take some time for some deep thinking and praying today...let’s stop playing games and taking the things of God lightly. Stop living for Him on your own terms...that will never work, just ask the rich young ruler. [Matthew 19:16-22] Consider that today JESUS IS CHALLENGING YOU AT THE VERY DEEPEST LEVEL OF YOUR BEING. Take time to repent and recalibrate your spiritual life. Lets move forward in the will of God striving for the radical change in us that needs to occur. [2 Timothy 1:9] “...who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, NOT ACCORDING TO OUR WORKS, but ACCORDING TO HIS OWN PURPOSE and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began...”
